1. Finalization of the Constitution of the Association.
2. Minimum Transfer of Ministerial Officers at another station. If necessary, it is made on representation basis.
3. No nomination should be sent to Election Commission for Ladies and new recruit (less than one year experience of service).
4. Posting of Ministerial Officers at DPC Unit.
5. Smart Identity Card (Plastic Card) of Office should be provided to Employees.
6. Pay slip should be provided every month with signature of competent authority.
7. Further any Promotion order should be issued with Maintaining accuracy viz whether passed confirmation & promotion examination or not at the time of DPC etc.
8. Retirement of Ministerial officers should be greeted by the Association.
9. No section heads should oppress and humiliate any Ministerial Officers, if he is new or unaware of the section works. He should be given proper learning of the matter.
